I have been recently debating on whether or not to buy this PC from Newegg.

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16883227062R

Due to Open Box, Im rather frustrated on whether or not I should trust it.

And since its whole PC, there is a possibility of not finding a problem until 15 days after the regulated return date.

Comments/Opinions/Past Experiences?

Thanks :D

P.S: If not, I would probably buy a non open box Desktop between 900-1000 since Im not planning on building my own.

He's not planning to build his own.

If i were the OP i would just go the new one. just as a precaution.

It still has a return policy its not like you are stuck with it. I say buy it and if you don't like it take it back. I have bought probably close to 50 or some open box computers in my life time and gotten great deals on them. I have also parted them out into other systems. What is the asking price for that system?

Well, it's too late now, as it is deactivated. But when I saw it, it was somewhere over $960 with shipping

I have no problem with open box computers, almost all returns are for nothing other than buyer's remorse. As long as you buy it from a legit place it's fine and since they do have a return policy I would go for it if it'll save money and have plenty of times.
