Open box motherboards.

wont get I/O shield or cables, so if you want a I/O shield you will need to contact ASUS, other than that no, drivers is all you need.
 
What gets me is why they have so many open boxes to sell.
It doesn't say reman or anything.

I'd just download the latest drivers from the ASUS website anyway regardless of whether or not the board comes with a driver CD. Chances are the drivers on the CD are going to be old and newer ones will be available. I'd download and then burn the latest drivers to a CD/DVD or copy them onto a pendrive so that if you install Windows and find that you need an ethernet driver to get online you can at least install the drivers.
