I dunno, even at $299 (ot $350 as they seem to be), i'd think the X800XL is cheaper than S939board+6600GT+S939chip...

haha, yea.. but if i just go for GFx Card, then imma get the 6600GT.. but then again, in the long run, its better to just go for the Future ready, goodies.! but i dunno man, i may just go for the GFx Card only, and stick with this Setup.. maybe just try to get a 3400+ Clawhammer or somethin....

and i have another questions... Socket 754 doesnt read Dual Channel, but will having 2 sticks of 512MB PCanything, make a difference.. or would it be better to just have a single stick of 1GB PCanything...

True but 6600GT AGPs are ~240 compared to ~200 PCIes.... thats quite a premium

2 years is a long time. Any setup you buy now whether its 6800UltraPCIe or 6800UltraAGP is gonna be obsolete by then
