Open Office Printing

That got it,Thank you so much.
Couple other quetions,
1) We have a cutomer that I have to do inventory every day for the parts we make.In my old computer I had Exel,if I make a spreadsheet in OpenOffice will they be able to open it in Exel? And vise vera?

2) This computer doesn't have Microsoft Outlook on it and I really like the layout of it.Will Outlook work with W7 ?

1) As long as you save the file as an Office 97/2000/2003/XP file (should have the extension .doc), then your client would be able to open the file just fine.

2) Do you use Outlook for your e-mail stuff, is that what you're talking about? Or do you use it for something else?

Yes,email.Got it set so when I open internet explorer there is an icon I can hit and it'll open my email up,but I don't like it.
I can also go to webmail and pull it up,better but I like the layout in Outlook.

I'm very apprehensive about recommending people use Outlook on their own PC's due to the fact that it will download AND OPEN any attachments to all the e-mails that you get before you even see it, and it will bypass any anti-virus you have on the computer as well. I believe Microsoft changed the name of the program for 7 to something like Windows Mail or something. I just recommend to people that the best way for you to get your e-mail is to actually just use the actual client's servers. Or, if you like the e-mail grabber programs you can always try Thunderbird, it's made by the same people that make Firefox, and I do not know of their being nearly the problems associated with it...
