open source partition magic?

is there an open source app that can do most of the stuff partition magic can do?
I cant find partition magic in any canadian and I screwed up with patroning my hdd.
originally I wanted to divide my 500gb HDD into a 400gb section and a 100gb section (for vista and Ubuntu respectively)but now I have a 75gb partition not being used a 75gb patron for vista and 350gb partition.

can someone help me correct this mistake?

Try booting off a Linux live CD, and then use the Linux partition manager. That should work.
