Opening CD on boot? System recovery disk.

I did this before but I forgot how I did it. I want to use my recovery disk, I remember opening it on boot or something. It's when the computer starts and I can use the CD without going to the desktop.

You need to go into the bios and change the boot order to cd first instead of hard drive.
