Opening SSH tunnels with Putty??

I know how to open a port (eg. 8080 or whatever) to use as a proxy, but I want to send ALL my internet traffic from all programs through my tunnel, is it possible to open ALL ports or something similar to this?

The main reason is I use several online poker applications, games, other stuff, and would like their traffic to be sent through my SSH server.

Programs usually have connection settings where you can choose how the application connects to the internet. If a program doesn't have that it usually uses the settings in Internet Explorer on the connection tab and then pick lan settings.

Sorry I dont understand. There arnt any program settings for the software and I dont think it has anything to do with explorer, but I could be wrong...

The best thing I could do is to open an SSH tunnel for ALL my internet traffic, is that possible?

The application you're trying to tunnel must have proxy connection settings. Or it's using IE's proxy connection settings. That's basically what i said.

I've never opened a ssh tunnel for all traffic can't help you there.
