My monitor image is blurring and distorted. When I start the computer I have this message: " SmartBridges Alerts: MotiveSB.exe entry point no found. The procedure entry point GetProcessImageFile Name W could not be located in the dynamic link library PSAPI.DLL"

Hpefully somebody had this problem before and know what to do?

well, Compaq troubleshoot suggested something about to reinstall tghe operating system.
