Opinions Needed On Case Cooling Setup

I just bought two 80mm Thermaltake case fans at Fry's today to help aide in cooling my Pentium D powered Dell E510. Based on my diagram (thanks Paint) I want your opinion on whether this is the ideal setup and if not what I should change. I was thinking that maybe the 3 80mm's might be pulling more than the 140mm (I think its 140mm) can push? The two new additions are Molex powered so they run at full speed all the time. And ya I know the proportions aren't exact but you get the idea.

That's just about the only to set it up with a front to black airflow configuration.
