Opinions please

I am looking at getting this MOBO for a new build. I'm going to be running an E6600 with it. http://www.newegg.com/product/product.asp?item=N82E16813188013 Over kill? Too little? Any and all suggestions are appreciated.

I'm personally not a fan of EVGA, but like any company there are people who like and don't like it. I must say though, it has nice features and good ratings. I would shop around, of course, and see what other boards have similar features for a lesser price. nForce chipsets kick all sorts of ass, however. I love the nforce.
