Getting ready to upgrade soon. I have two set-ups in mind with a budget limit so I can't expand much beyond what I list here. There both the same build except for processor and mother board. Between the two,which would you go with? 1st set-up:
Processor: Intel P-4 560 3.6 ghz(Socket 775) 1MB Cache 800mhz FSB
Mother Board:Gigabyte 8I915P DUO-A i915 chipset(Socket 775 DDR1/DDR2).
RAM:1024 Mb Dual Channel DDR-400 PC3200
Hard Drive: Maxtor 200 GB 7200 RPM 8 MB Cache
Power: 500W supply.
Cooling: Heatsink + 3 CPU Fans.
Video: Nvidia Geforce 6800 Ultra 256 MB.
Sound:Sound Blaster Audigy-2 ZS 7.1
Speakers:Sicuro RW670XL 5.1 Gaming Speakers
Monitor: ViewSonic E-90 19" Perfect Flat.

Approx. Cost: $ 2,500.00
These set-ups are geared for gaming.
