I've Just ordered 2 AMD Socket 940 Dual Core 265 Processors!-
Ive also got a MSI Dual Opteron SLI Motherboard

Could I ask what you need all that power for? I mean you have a board capable of taking two dualcore processors as well as 6 slots for RAM. And to add to all that, you have an SLI-Ready system.
