Ordering & need to know If Im missing something..

Well Ive decided to add a HDD to my comp...THEN I decided to get a new cpu LOL

so now this is what I have so far

Now I dont want to place the order then halfway into it realize I need something else...

if someone would be kind enough to go through it with me Id appreciate it...
Like Would my current PSU (In my Sig) run this with out dying on me?
etc..etc..

from what I can see when I get these things Ill take my current cpu out put the new one in apply thermal compound then add the fan.
for the HDD I slide it into the slot connect both sata cords then boot up my computer and format it (might need a step by step but Im not sure)....
does this sound right?

It will all work, i would get somthing like this instead of a open box hdd. I just bought that cpu to go in my moms computer, performs well!
