i brought a new laptop, it was pre installed with OS and Antivirus software; but i wasnt given any Operating System CD; neither any serial key.
What should i do now? Am i sneaked up

Serial key will be underneath it.
Hardly any suppliers give you an OS CD. You have to make a recovery CD.

Or it could have a recovery partition.

Any computer you buy new with a preinstalled operating system should have the serial key on a sticker on the bottom. However, if you want to view the key I like using LookInMyPC, which does a lot more than just find the key.
