I am getting ready to put my computer together and wondering what would be a good os. Not sure what Kind on info you need. I am going to be playing games and burning home movies to blue ray. I have looked into windows 7, not sure if I should go that route, since it says it should not be on primary computer. Any Help would be great.

I would suggest going with Windows Vista, i know there has been a lot of bad press about Vista but to me it's a great operating system, and great for burning movies.

I have Windows 7 on my secondary hard drive and I just switch back and forth between XP and Windows 7. Its not that bad. Its like "Vista on Steroids"

Windows 7 is the only OS I have on my Media PC in my living room.
You could use it as your primary, you'd be fine.
Not sure about compatibility with the burning software you plan on using though.
There won't be official support from most software manufacturers until
Win 7 becomes available to the public.

Windows 7, excellent operating system. See rig in sig? That has windows 7 as well as my laptop.
