OS X and Vista

Ok so if I wanted to dualboot OS X and Vista without using bootcamp, how would I do it?
Could I just shrink the OS X Partition and then create a new partition and install Vista on that?
If that happened then which bootloader would be used and would the bootloader detect both OS's?

Any help? Thankyou :)

I should probably add that the reason why I'm not using bootcamp is because i don't think its installed.
Im running Leopard 10.5.2, and in theory it should be installed. But I'm 95% sure it isnt.
Is there any way that if it isnt installed, i can install it from the apple website or anything?

Thankyou

First off, are you on a Mac ?

If it is on a PC, it is illegal, so we can't talk about it here.

on a mac, yes you can dual boot.

And i can tell he is not on a PC because he said "without bookcamp"

I don't care if it's illegal, I've already done it.

Generally we refrain from discussing illegal issues at CF. If the conversation is vague, I'll let it stand. When people start making comments like "I don't give an eff it's illegal, blah blah blah," threads usually get locked and infractions issued. Kesava knows the rules here, so I expect he'll keep things legit.

If you've done something illegal, keep it to yourself - your comment doesn't contribute to this thread.

Thanks for the Reminder.

Ok firstly, CF hasnt been working for me for days. no idea why. Said server not found :(
wouldnt work in other browsers or operating systems either :(

Secondly, this is a question as to dual booting. what OS's are involved is of no real importance except for some technical differences. I am not asking about how to install osx on a pc, i was inquiring as to the process of dual booting.
If you thought my activities totally unethical and chose to not help me because of it, thats fine. But all the help your giving me is with dual booting.

Thirdly, Cohen, its not like osx installed on a pc is going to somehow not have bootcamp installed. Your still installing the exact same package unless you have downloaded some random lite version.

Forthly, I got it all sorted. Just installed EasyBCD and added a bootloader entry. Pretty simple really.

Fithly? Fively? Fifthly,
I highly doubt it...
How can you just doubt my ethics like that? :D

well.. um.. err... you see... the thing is...
fine you win :)

This is really nice to use, OS X for pretty much everything. Vista for gaming.
I really should buy the mac version of cod4 :)
