Outlook 2003 Read-Only Attachments

Hello

One user under my administration gets all of their attachments in Outlook 2003 as read-only files. I can't find any setting to change this.

Even if you save the file to hard drive or the network, it's still read-only unless you change the filename. It is only happening to the one user.

Any ideas appreciated.

This happens even if you choose Save All... instead of Save As... when saving the attachment to the disk?
