Outlook 2013 Standard Edition (This Computer Only)

Question 1: I have installed Outlook 2013 Standard Edition and created a profile for a user. Now, this user is using an IMAP account and therefore all the e-mails should be downloaded from the mail server. However, I have noticed that the some of the folders have (This computer only) next to them. Please look at the screenshot here https://uploadpie.com/DwdKto

Question 2: And when I wanted to deleted the IMAP account an alert message came to screen saying "Careful, if you remove this account, is offline cached content will be deleted. Do you want to continue?" What is this cached content and aren't everything stored in a .OST file rather than a .PST? Could this be just a bug in Outlook?

No, we are not using Microsoft Exchange but the MDaemon Mail Server. Why MAPI?

If you're using MDaemon then you're not using Exchange
