Outlook express can't receive email

I am using Outlook express with xp. There are like 20 emails account setup there and currently 2 of the emails account can't receive email.

Outlook saying:
Account: ‘Good’, Server: ‘mail.yourdomain.com’, Protocol: POP3, Port: 110, Secure(SSL): No, Error Number: 0×800C0133)

I have done the following:
-Create a new folder for store emails. So the dbx file is new and so small.
-delete my mail server account and recreate
-delete the outlook email account and recreate

Do you know any idea why? I think this is related to Outlook because I have test it in another computer and it works fine. What else should I try? Thanks a lot
 
Double check the email server settings and ports and whether or not authentication should be used.

+1. My ISP gave me a warning to change the ports to ones that are not used as the defaults in OE. You might want to hit up your ISP's website for email settings, or even give them a call.
