outlook express problem

It was my Internet Explorer settings - reset them and things are good..............for now,

All of a sudden I can't open any web links within emails I receive. I can click on a link - right click and select copy - copy the link and open my web browser and paste the link there and open it. But, I used to be able to just click on any web link and it would open from within my outlook express email.

I've tried searching in the Help menu....typed in everything I could think of but no luck there. I went to Internet Explorer and clicked on tools - internet options and could not find anything there.

I must have clicked something somewhere by mistake but I can't recall doing that recently.

Any thoughts??
