Outlook Express toolbar buttons space

Hi,

I've got a problem; actually two. The first one, is strange: I keep the Outlook Express always turn on; what happens is each time I maximize the window to see the new mail I notice that the buttons are getting apart, i.e., the space between them increases - until I stick with 2 or 3 visibles ( the "send/receive" just disappears ). Any suggestion?

The second problem, is an error message that appeared always at the beggining of OE regarding a DLL; I solved it by creating a batch file with the following line:

c:\windows\system32\regsvr32 /S c:\windows\system32\inetcomm.dll

This isn't normal, I think...

Does anyone has any ideas?

Well just move the dll to the place it is looking for it.. If I am reading this right OE is looking for a file in a subfolder.. close but not right...
