I can't send my email out, keep gettting error message, I can recieve email just fine. Doesn't seem to be a problem with my service provider.

Here is the error message

Your server has unexpectedly terminated the connection. Possible causes for this include server problems, network problems, or a long period of inactivity. Account: 'pop.monarch.net', Server: 'smtp.monarch.net', Protocol: SMTP, Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No, Error Number: 0x800CCC0F

The outlook website is useless.

I'm not familiar that much with many of the particular problems of Outlook. But, I would recommend that you don't use Outlook for this one reason: it allows viruses into your computer.

When Outlook accesses your e-mail account, it not only downloads messages, but downloads and opens any virus attachments as well, before you even get to it. I had to restore my sister's computer a few months ago when she was doing this exact thing. Sorry to not be of help to your specific problem, but I would just not use it, and directly check your e-mail; much safer and more secure. :)
