Outlook On Mulitiple PCs

At work I am having a problem that I just can't figure out. They are using a bellsouth email address. The boss checks it via Outlook. The problem is if he recieves the emails from his computer at work he can't recieve the same emails on his laptop. Which ever computer he gets the new emails first, the following computer cannot get those emails. I would hate for him to have to change his email address. Is there something I am missing???

set the client to constantly check and download email. I am guessing that it is set to manually check, so when he sends/receives on one comptuer it downloads it from the server and the other computer never had the chance to check it.

There should be a setting somewhere in outlook (i don't use outlook) to make it so the client is always online and always downloading mail. Then he should get email on every computer that has outlook running.

Set one (or both) computers to leave a copy of the message on the server. That way the message will be there for the other computer when it logs in. You will have to manually delete these email from the server from time to time.

Thanks I tried it on the main computer, now I just have to get a hold of his laptop. Makes sense, so it should work!

Setup an IMAP email account with your ISP email provider and he will be able to check his email at his computer as well as remotely from other computers. He will also be able to see his sent emails from the point at which IMAP was established. The best news is IMAP doesn't cost additional from your ISP like a hosted exchange account does.
