outlook profile q

Hey guys,
I've got a customer that runs a home business which deals with receiving tons of email. He just hired someone to help him, and he wants to have Outlook running on both machines at the same time. The tricky part is that he wants to have the same profile open on both machines so that both he and his new employee can simultaneously get at all the emails. He also wants changes to be applied instantly (so that if he deletes a message in outlook on his machine, it gets deleted on the other one at the same time)

At work we have somthing set up like this, yet we use lotus notes.. YUCK!

don't think you can do it with just 2 client side apps. I think you'll need a pop3 server at a minimum to get that functionality...

You could just have two accounts (say x and y), and set Outlook to forward a copy of every incoming email to acount x onto account y. That would work, but you'd need to write in a macro.
