Hi, does anyone know how to overclock a K6-2? i can't find enything in the bios? it's a K6-2 "chomper" 500Mhz on a solteck mobo with a VIA apollo VP3 chipset ;) . how clock?

you may not find any settings in the bios. This old motherboard will probably be jumper based. There will be series of jumpers on the motherboard specifying the fbs, the vcore maybe the pci/agp clock (which you should leave)

ahhh, i remember those days ;)

i cant find any jumpers, enyone know where they should be? (this computer is a bit to old for me, i was barely born  )

Go to Overclockers.com and check their database. Its a good chip for its day but the K6 Series wasnt a good overclocker.

Duron was when AMD became good overclocking chips.
