Over thinking the cooling details....

My poor little case runs HOTT.

It has PSU exhaust, and good flow from the 120mm in the back. But the air inside is just too much; and its MUCH cooler running the last few days with the covers off. I see 5°C drop on the PSU temp with no covers.

So I am adding fans. Its just not pulling enough air through the tiny vent holes on the covers.

The case is almost divided into two; because of frames and graphics card. So on the left, I think I want AIR IN for the graphics card and PSU to suck through.

But on the other side, I'm not sure if it should be IN or OUT.

I thought, Hott air OUT. But if too much is venting out, won't that create a slight negative pressure, and actually be LESS air for the Zalman to push through the copper fins? If theres MORE air inside that area, won't it have greater cooling effects as it blows downward?

I got enough vacuum pressure now, you can stick pieces of paper to the side of the case, and they stay. Hmmmm..

Here is a real hoakey diagram of wth I am talking about.

Let's see... Each 80mm fan pushes ~30cfm of air and a 120mm pushes ~70cfm. Go ahead, add a 2nd 80mm intake and make sure that you are routing cables well.
