Ok, i have been fiddling with this stuff for about a week now... and im still having some errors...

q8200 intel quad core @ 2.33 ghz
evga nvidia 790i SLI FTW mobo
6 gigs ddr3 kingston 1333 memory @ 2 gigs each

so i overclocked my cpu to 2.8 and its registering in cpuz as 2.8 but here is my problems... when i play left for dead it works for like 10 minutes and then it crashes... but its not like the computer crashes... just left for dead

cpu core voltage is @ 1.20
cpu temp idles at about 51C
multiplier can be either 6 or 7
i have it set to 7x 1600 fsb
limit cpu id mark val = disabled
intel speed step = disabled
thermal control = disabled
C1E enhanced halt state = disabled
vdroop = on
execute disable bit = enabled
runnings 2 GPUS 9800 GTX+@ stock speeds
not overclocking the memoryf
FSB voltage is stock at 1.4
my pci 1 = 100
pci 2 = 100
and whatevers below that set to 200
i hit 15500 in 3d mark vantage so it ran that

my only real problem is gaming in l4d now it just crashes... never had this problem without overclocking the cpu

and my northbridge voltage is at auto i believe

anything i missed lemme know

looks good, run some other games and get results. if l4d only crashes just lower the clocks a bit until its stable and doesnt crash at all.
