overclock in bios setup

In my bios setup Utility, AI Overcolck Tuner there is setting. There is Standard, Manual, Overclock 5%, 10%, 20% and 30%. I set it in Standard, I am not doing anything in manual, cuase I dont want to screw up.

I playing gaming for one hour then check the temp.

Room Temp 27.2 C
CPU speed is 3407.95 MHZ
CPU temp is 47 C and cooling off by fan
CPU Volt is 1.456V
GFX temp is 59 C
I am using PC3200 memory ram

I am not going to touch manual, but I am going to try Overclock 5% I like to know how is good enough, is 60 C in CPU good enough?, I dont want to get too far. and is there other thing I need to watch out? It is my first time doing that so..

EDIT: after an hour playing set in Overclock 5%

CPU speed 3570.17 MHZ
CPU temp 48 C
cpu volt 1.456V
GFX temp 60 C

So I am going to try Overclock 10% now..

EDIT:

now in Overclock 10%
3739.57 Mhz
FSB 220 MHz
Bus Speed 880 MHz

CPU temp 48 C
cpu volt 1.456V
GFX temp 60 C

I thought CPU should get hotter? or it because I am using PC3200 @ 200 Mhz? Is overclock 20% will be okay?

its supposed to, unles you gave it like 2 seconds to get used to it. the temps are going to rise, when it hits 60C that hot, get some AS5 and a copper heatsink + a big fan, as long with alot of case fans if your going to go over =). water cooling is a choice too, if ya have a few hundred extra

I just realize from PC Wizzard 2007 result. the question in 10% overclock

Standard
Frequency: 3407.82 Mhz
Voltage 1.456 V
FSB Frequency: 200.5 MHz
Bus Speed: 801.8 MHz
Multiplier 17x
DRR-SDRAM: PC3200 (200 MHz)
Timings: 3-3-3-8 (CL-RCD-PR RAS)
RAM Ratio: 1/1
Activated Channels: Dual
PAT Enabled: Yes
DDR-SDRAM PC-3200 @ 200 MHz (3-3-3-8)
DDR-SDRAM PC-3200 @ 200 MHz (3-3-3-8)
DDR-SDRAM PC-3200 @ 200 MHz (3-3-3-8)
DDR-SDRAM PC-3200 @ 200 MHz (3-3-3-8)

5% overclock
Frequency: 3570.03 MHz
Voltage 1.460 V
FSB Frequency: 210 MHz
Bus Speed: 840 MHz
DRR-SDRAM: PC3200 (210 MHz)

10% overclock
Frequency 3739.62 MHz
FSB Frequency 220 MHz
Bus Speed 879.9 MHz
DRR-SDRAM PC2300 (147 MHz ) Why it went down?
Timings: 3-4-4-8 It seen little bad timing than 5% overclocked
RAM Ratio 2/3 I dont know what is this.

Any I thought I read somewhere that i need to increase the voltage so which is that?

I dunno why the RAM went down... but maybe thats the way its supposed to be =) well you raise voltage when it starts crashing... dont go too high or ya can say byebye to your processor. when overclocking also get a good thermal paste and heatsink and fan. raising the voltage puts stress on the psu so make sure you have a good type .

20% overclock
Frequency: 4081.11MHz (+673.16)
Voltage 1.54V (+0.08V)
FSB Frequency: 240.1 MHz (+39.6)
Bus Speed: 960.3 MHz (+158.5)
DRR-SDRAM: PC3200 (160 MHz) (-40MHz)
Timings: 3-4-4-8 (3-3-3-8)
RAM Ratio: 2/3 (1/1)
GPU Temperature: 53 C (+4C)
Processor Temperature:38.5 C (+5.5 C)
Mainboard Temperature:32C (+3 C)

I decide to stop now because the volt jump from 1.46 to 1.54V.
If I buy DDR-SDRAM PC-4000, will it run DRR-SDRAM: 4000 (240.1 MHz) ?
