I just overclocked my CPU using Al Suite II that came with my motherboard. And there is a tool called TurboV Evo which lets you oc to 4.2GHz, 4.4GHz, 4.6GHz and it does it for you and says if it's successful or not. I have oced to 4.2GHz then 4.4GHz and finally 4.6GHz while restarting my computer each time. when i got to 4.6GHz, the Al Suite II program said that it oc'ed successfully. I opened up Core Temp and my temperatures were around 50c-55c. Now, I dropped to 4.2GHz and my temps are around 45c. I feel like it's a bit too high no? I guess I am just used to having my temps at around 35c with 3.9GHz.

Those idle temps are a bit higher than what you want but it will not hurt your system where they are. Best thing to do it to Overclock manually through the bios rather than using the software. Software overclocking will use too much voltage.
I know this is not your motherboard but it will give you a good idea of how to overclock.

Ivy Bridge tends to need more voltages for stability around 4.6/4.7GHz so on an H60 I would shoot for 4.5 unless your chip can handle higher speeds. Keep the voltages under ~1.4 and the temps under 80c when stress testing.
