Overclockin my E6400

Can someone give me a site that will show me how I can over clock my E6400? I read I could get up to 3.1GHz with my stock fan. Does anyone have any knowledge of that? And dosent overclocking void your warrenty? Thanks.
 
First of all it does void your warenty and second of all we do have an overclocking guide on this site. I don't know if it will apply to your computer but it does to most. Oh and I almost forgot if you can't find it here look it up on http://www.google.com just search how to overclock E6400, but it depends on the board you are using too.

Read through this thread. They go through everything. Please read it all the way through because towards the end the poster listed everything at once and parts and updates are gone over throughout. It's quite helpful, it's what I used to OC mine, BTW I am not done. Good Luck!
