overclocking 7300GS

ok my dad has an old 7300GS in his computer an cant afford a better 1 for a few months i was wondering if i could over clock his 7300 an if so what programs will i need an how much could i over clock it any help would be great

I would recommend using ATI Tool and/or RivaTuner. Because the 7300 is such a low-end card, even a modest overclock most likely won't make much of a noticeable difference.
 
Yes Ati-Tool is a very good program to help overclock a GPU
It allows such features as
-Finding the Max Memory, GPU Clock, and Shader
-Scanning for Artifacts
-Heat Monitoring
-Overclocking Profiles
-Startup Options

I love it, A great tool to bump up a little performance in you video games, I get a 5 fps increase in Day of Defeat with a 20% overclock.
