Overclocking a E4500

I was just wondering if I could overclock my E4500 with a 945P-A (V3.0) 775 ATX Motherboard. http://www.microcenter.com/single_product_results.phtml?product_id=0253749
If not could someone recomend me a motherboard from Microcenter that could overclock it which isnt to expensive.

I would also like to know what kind of power supply would I need to overclock it to 3.0GHz. Thanks to anyone that helps.

lol ECS boards suck ass at OCing. e8500 is a nice chip, dont devalue it with an ECS. good OCing boards would be P35, X38, X48, 680i, and 780i. one of the cheapest and good board with one of these chips would probably be THIS one.

Ok thanks WhiteFireDragon for showing me that motherboard. Everyone was saying that it was a really good quality and it is good for overclocking. It just sucks that Microcenter sells the same board for $115 so I have to order it online at Newegg.
