Overclocking a laptop

I have the following laptop which I have just upgraded to 1.5gb ram, can it be overclocked and is it worth it?

If not am I able to upgrade the cpu? Not looking to spend a fortune as I got the computer very cheaply, but if I can make a good improvement for a reasonable price then I'll be very happy indeed.

I wouldn't recomend OC'ing your laptop dude, they produce enough heat as it is, nevermind OC'ing... Don't think it'd be safe.

dito. there is many posts of this kind. not worth it. i would say it is better to under clock. less heat and more battery.
