Overclocking an 8800gts

I'm wondering if I should do it or not, the dangers, etc. Nvidia monitorview says that it's at 62C with about 65% load on it...Clocks are at stock 513/792, and I can increase them using the two sliders in nTune. Anyone have any experience with this or can suggest good clocks to raise mine to? Thanks

Oh and before you ask 'Why?', Lost planet takes ALOT of power in dx10 mode...I get a bit of lag at 1680x1050 on max with shadows on medium.
