Overclocking and Water Cooling?

Once again, I have returned with more annoying questions for you guys to answer.

So, my final build is Here.

I would like to know that if I overclock the 3770k, will the Fan that I have chosen be sufficient to keep it cool, or will I require Water Cooling?

My main concerns are:

Leakage. There is a small chance of this, correct? Is there any steps I can take to make sure it does not leak?

Compatibility. My HAF X case has a couple of holes for water cooling, but it's better to be safe than sorry.

Thanks again,
Annoyance.

yes you can overclock, but be careful with voltages etc. which is normal advice for Overclocking. If possible try to get 2 fans on to the Heatsink in a push-pull config. to pull cool air into the heatsink and push the warm air out.

you can take corsair H60 but i think you are good with the cnps9900, think you can OC over 4,5 GHZ or something like that:)
