Overclocking effects

I tried to overclock on my crappy GF8200M2+ Biostar matx board which didn't go very well. The most I was able to get was a 200Mhz overclock. I tried much higher but it wouldn't post. On the next reboot the bios took much longer to post (like 2 minutes longer). However, vista boots and is stable once booted. My question is: Is my motherboard damaged, and if so, how much longer can I expect it to last. I don't expect someone with a definitive answer, I just want a guesstimate at how much I've shortened my mobo's life. Here's the rest of my sys. specs

Biostar GF8200M2+ mobo
4 GB 1066 RAM OCZ and Patriot (already tested since bios prob, works fine)
AMD Athlon X2 5400+ 2.8 Ghz processor
160 GB WD HDD

Thanks

From the reviews I read about most BioStar reviews, I chose to stay away, because most averaged 2-3 stars on NewEgg.

Why don't you just get a new or used ASUS or Gigabyte motherboard, and just sell that one you currently have "as-is" on eBay? :) That way, you won't have to worry about a thing.
