I would say a good load temp would be mid 70's. Thats about what mine runs. I run 837/1143 24/7. I would go higher on the memory, but COD4 seems to be picky if i turn it up above 1150
Me? i use CCC to set my clocks for my everyday use. But if i need to benchmark i use rivatuner or AMD GPU Clock Tool, CCC max setting for me is 837mhz.
For temps, i open rivatuner monitor and let it run in the background while im playing a game. Then you can look over the graph to see what the load temp were.
Right now I'm @ 796/1161 (never oc'ed GPU before) played COD4 for about 2 hours and I had no problems. Only thing is that I didn't know what my temps were.
I'm idling at ~58C, is that too bad? (fan manually set to 50%)
