Overclocking Laptop card?

Is it possible to overclock my X1400? I have ATItool, and, I think it's a bit off its rocker

well, i think the only way that ATItool would read a GPU clocl speed of 1.4ghz is if you have an integrated graphics solution and it is reading your CPU. no vid cards have that high of a core speed. but i dont know that much about integrated graphics in a laptop, so maybe someone can correct me

My video card isn't integrated. Also, my CPU clock speed is 1.73ghz. Is there any other programs I can use to overclock?
