Overclocking Laptop

yea well i didn't reach the limit but i decided to stop after trying it a while because i didn't want my laptop to get to hot. is that a concern or can i do it more? and BTW for some odd reason it reset it after i restarted, i had the thing checked where it said keep these settings at startup so i have no idea, do u know why this happens?

Not a bad idea, I dunno if it has a temp sensor, guess I might be able to find that...prob not I would say install extra fans, but there is kinda no space inside a laptop....

No, I have no idea why that happens, it said to hold the ctrl button if you wanted to reset it, but I am guessing that you would not have done so

What was the speed set on originally, and what did you get it up to?

When OC wierd things can happen. As for the resets, have a look at the voltage levels to see if they are stable before, during and after :)

They do :)
