overclocking oldies/cheapos

Right...so I have a couple of old Pentium 3 computers, both 866mhz coppermines...m/b's are intel 810E and ALi 1631, if not overclocking the CPU's how could I rip some more crap outta them oldies? Losing them won't be much of a loss, so anything that could possibly work can/will be tried...

...and then I have a 939 Sempron 3000+ running at 1.8Ghz on MSI AMETHYST-M m/b...any chances i could OC this system a little...this I can't risk frying out...
 
replace all the thermal compound to make sure it's new and up to date this will help with heating issues, but im not too sure how to go from there.
 
yeap yep, right...but all cooling seems to work just fine, temperatures well below any alarming limits...i don't think i'll even bother checking up on my cooling if temps stay at safe levels.
