Overclocking p3 800mhz and geforce 4 mx420 64mb

My dad may be overclocking his p3 800mhz (dell dimension 4100) and geforce 4 mx420 64mb today. So I was thinking of using coolbits' autodetect for the graphics card, but don't know what to do about the processor. What should I use for this? By the way, it's an older dell, so I think it still can be overclocked.
Thanks
Jeff

I dont have that much expirience with older dells. But before you make any plans to do this, you should really go into the BIOS and see if its possible, becuase i doubt it.

I know for sure that my dad can go into the bios (my newer dell couldn't). Anyway, if the bios thing doesn't work, which program would allow me to overclock in windows?

Clockgen, CoolFSB or CoolCPU will allow you to OC in Windows.

I thought the same thing with my dell. I used all those programs but as soon as you increase the FSB by even the slightest amount, the screen goes black. Try it out.
