How can i overclock my p4 celeron 2.0g on a Asrock P4VM800?

Go into the BIOS (F2 or DEL), and look for the cpu configuration page or overclocking page.

i have found the configuration page, so what do i change?

When your in the CPU Configuration page, simply locate where it says "FSB" or "Bus", and raise it slightly.

You should read "overclocking 101" to get a better understanding.

i have been in and there is no FSB or BUS

Search for Advanced BIOS features if there is any
i dont really know much about your motherboard
but give it a shot

custom built, i have looked on advanced settings but stil no bus or fsb settings. i cant find what to change but it needs clocking because its running like a slug.

a p4 celeron isnt it a celeron or a pentium i thought that the celerons were crapy pentiums not the same as a pentium
