For overclocking...

I would say get RAM capable of faster speeds. As well as that, I would recommend a DFI board over the Asus:

1.DFI LanParty UT NF4SLI-DR - nForce4 SLI
2.DFI LanParty UT NF4 SLI-DR Expert - nForce4 SLI
3.DFI LanParty UT NF4Ultra-D - nForce4 Ultra

Graphics cards to choose from:150 GBP= 268.2075 USD

Maybe a 6800GS for that price? Or a X800 GTO? Or a X1600XT?
