Overclocking Programs

Are there any overclocking programs such as for graphic cards and etc? I was just wondering because I don't want to manually overclock which can result in a fried graphic card or a dysfunctioning motherboard. Please reply! Tahnk you!
 
Are you talking about for your CPU or video card? If your processor, then go to www.cpuid.com and download ClockGen. If your video card, google ATI Tool and download it.
