Overclocking Question

Heya, I'm rather new to all of this overclocking stuff. I'd like to overclock my computer, but don't know if the cooling i have will be adequete.

I have two case fans, both 80mm.
Stock heatsink and a Thermaltake Volcano 3 cpu fan

i want to just overclock it a bit at first... cause i'm a noOb to this and all..

edit: forgot to include these things

Dram - 133 mhz
FSB - 133 mhz
Cpu Clock - 133 mhz
Running stock at 78 C
cpu Vcoure - 1.616 V -\ I don't know
+2.5V - 2.56 V -/ what these two mean..

You can try to OC but you wont have much luck with that mobo (and chipset) ... in fact i highly doubt you'll be able to OC much/any at all. Factoring in the temp at stock ... not a chance.
