hey
i have a intel p4 2.0 (400mhz) @ 2.6ghz(30% overclocking i think)...
now that i have it overclocked does that mean that my fsb increases also. if so what would it be?
thanx

ooooh ok....thanks...
i have another question...
im going to buy a cpu pretty soon
should i go for a northwood cpu or a prescott
i was looking at this:
http://www.markonecomputers.com/Default.aspx?pid=B99F4DA4-4062-4E39-90CA-1E4C203A17CE

for $106 its not bad.....
which one is better northwood or prescott, im mainly going to be working on some gaming...not big on gaming but i ocasionaly play..but mainly a lot of multitasking......btw which is better when overclocked....
i would go with dual core but my motherboard doesnt support it :(

heh, i have that CPU, its good, overclocks well. check my sig... i paid over £120 about 1.5 years ago though, thats like $250, boy has that price dropped

I wouldnt buy it, the upgrade from a P4 2.0 to a 2.8 isnt mind blowing. Especially since the one you have no is oc'd to 2.6Ghz.

I would wait a little while longer and get enough money for a new mobo and a dual-core cpu.
