Overclocking RAM?

Hey,

So I read you can overclock RAM? Can anyone please list some advantages of doing so?

Aswell as how to do it safely? RAM is Kingston DDR2 800Mhz

It just ups the MHz of it. My RAM is 1333MHz outta the box, but I can up to 1600MHz if I want to. It's all about getting that little bit of speed out of everything.
 
Well before I bought the board that I have now, I was unable. So it might be board specific. Not sure. Try Googling how to OC on your board. I found how to by doing that.
