overclocking the c2d's

been a while since ive read on the new c2d's or anything with pc's for that matter since i sold my built desktop.. but now i got my vaio just curious on the cons and pro's of the c2d's and overclocking a laptop cpu compared to desktop.. besides the cooling factor

I don't think you can overclock many, if any, laptop CPU's. Mainly because of battery liefe and heat.

could i upgrade the cpu in my laptop ?

wow this makes laptops seem lame...but then again i would only buy one to do papers or surf the web on.

yup, the laptop im working on right now is 63C idle, and the GFX is 132C???? and its not burning out yet.. got these temps from pc wizzy
