Overclocking the E2160

Hey guys! I have a stock PC from Gateway, (Full Specs listed here: http://www.computerforum.com/115295-rate-my-rig.html) and I need help overclocking! The Phoenix AwardBIOS doesnt let me change FSB speeds, voltage, or multiplier settings. I have tried numerous other programs, and they dont work either. I feel locked out, because I have heard that the Intel Pentium Dual Core E2160 is a great overclocker, and an all around performer for those without lots of $$$. Even if I cant change it I guess its JUST ok because I cant afford to replace the mobo right now or have the time to.

P.S: I dont cause Im 14
 
I combined my E2160 with an MSI Neo-FR and it OC perfectly. Got it up to 3.4 before getting worried about temps. Running it now at 2.4 and very happy with it.
 
Without a new mobo, you're pretty much stuck. Clockgen wouldn't over clock my old PC past a 200MHz boost without losing complete stability such as, it won't start.
