Overclocking the Q6600

I'm looking at building a new machine and I was thinking about overclocking the Q6600 I want to put in it. What should I overclock it to and should I instal an aftermarket heatsink in the machine as well. The machine will also have a 8800 GTX in it so it will be running warm.

Would a gigabyte P35-DS4 motherboard be adequate for overclocking this thing?

Thanks in advance

I think that board would overclock it well. You probably don't want to plan the overclock out too much on paper based on what other people have experienced, because every case is different (no pun intended). When overclocking, make sure you read up on everything, and work on getting a stable clock while raising the FSB a little at a time.
As for the after-market heatsink, I'd go with one, because the one that comes with the Q6600 I've heard isn't too good, epically for heavy overclocking. The Zalman 9700 is a really good HSF: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835118019.

Wow, looking back at the Zalman 9700 is kinda depressing, because when I bought it a couple months ago it was ~$80... I hate inflation and new technology...
